The international context of Open Science has recently been strengthened with the adoption of the UNESCO Recommendation on Open Science in November 2021, which provides an international framework for policies and practices of Open Science. Furthermore, the attention on Open Science has been equally increased recently in Europe due to the Conclusions of the Council of the European Union on Research Assessment and Implementation of Open Science.

The objective of this Workshop is to analyze different aspects in Open Science: open access, open research data, research software, legal issues, evaluation and Open Science policies. Thus, this meeting will assemble experts in these areas, including librarians, editors, software experts, data experts.
